Katie will meet individually with the various stakeholders to be able to get a full understanding of the current processes, as well as what each stakeholder’s goals for this project are.
Once the interviews have been completed, Katie will use flow chart to create detailed flow chart of all of the current processes. Once the first draft is created, it will be shared with you for it to be reviewed until it accurately represents each and every step that occurs.
This is an important step to ensure that we are all on the same page with how things are currently going.
Katie will create new process maps that will outline how the new processes will work. This will be built on the same Lucidchart to make it easy to compare the processes and ensure that all requirements are included in the new processes.
Katie will create Project Outlines for each proposed solutions. This will allow you to make an educated decision about which solutions to move forward with.
A Project Outline & Timeline will be created to be able to track all of the tasks necessary implementing the solutions.
All news processes will include written instructions with screenshots to ensure that it is easy for you to be able to reference them.
Katie will offer training opportunities for you and your team. This can be any combination of individual, team, and recorded trainings depending on their needs.
The timelines in the Project Outlines will also include tasks for completing any official trainings offered by the tools.
Katie will be available for email support for any questions that might arise.
Once the solutions are implemented, Katie will schedule meetings to check in with the team to see if there needs to be any adjustments made processes. The meetings will provide opportunities to discuss any friction / frustrations that might feel too small to communicate via email.
Any time a change is made to the processes, the documentation will be updated, and a note will be added to explain the change. This is to ensure that there detailed record keeping, and that any new team members have a full understanding of the processes and context for decisions that were made.
