We are beyond thankful for all the work Katie did to set up our business to work more efficiently, remotely and productively.

In 2017, Katie was hired to do a very thorough evaluation of all our different systems, provide feedback and recommendations on areas to improve communication, streamline our processes and provide flexibility for our workforce to work more remotely.

From those recommendations, Katie fully transitioned us over to the new systems, provided training for our team and continuous support as we got more comfortable with the new technology platforms.

When the pandemic hit in 2020, the work Katie did for us was instrumental in our ability to adapt and continue to strive and we will forever be grateful to her for this.

Industry: Nonprofit – Environmental Services

Katie was awesome. Lighting fast, she migrated our emails to Google Workspace, and answered questions. We had this project on the dock for months, and she accomplished it in less than 24 hours. We were paying for our email addresses, and with this migration we have saved money that will allow us to keep working on our mission. The sense of relief I felt is also priceless, as I was in charge of this task but did not know how to do it. I was planning to learn from you tube videos, and that would have taken a lot of my time.
